Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) announces the promotion of Shantelle Sutkus to Business Development Officer. Based out of The Merrimack’s office in Bow, Sutkus will deepen her focus on developing relationships with local businesses and fostering meaningful community connections to better the neighborhoods the Bank serves.
“Shantelle is a pleasure to work with and a phenomenal advocate for our small business community,” said Kristin Clark, Vice President, Business Development Officer at The Merrimack. “It’s a well-deserved promotion for Shantelle whose unwavering support helps drive growth and success for our customers.”
Sutkus started her career with The Merrimack in 2019 as a Branch Services Representative at the Bank’s Main Street location in Downtown Concord. A year later, she was promoted to Business Client Services Administrator.
“I love working directly with our local businesses,” said Sutkus. “Each one is unique and I’m grateful to not only being a part of their journey, but also to work for a bank so dedicated to giving back to the community.”
In her free time, Sutkus is an active volunteer and a familiar face around the town of Weare, where she resides with James, her husband of 23 years, and their three sons, two of which are in college.
