Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is proud to provide ongoing support to the education of first time home buyers with a $7,500 donation to HOMEteam. A program of NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire, HOMEteam will use this contribution to continue offering quality home ownership seminars from Nashua to the Lakes Region.
“We’re grateful for our partnership with The Merrimack and their unwavering support of creating homeownership opportunities across the Granite State,” said Paul McLaughlin, Home Ownership Director. “We couldn’t provide the exceptional education and resources that we do without our community partners.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with HOMEteam and an honor to support the great programs they offer to all individuals and families in New Hampshire,” said Linda Lorden, President of The Merrimack.
HOMEteam was formed to provide greater access to quality consumer education for anyone seeking to purchase a first home or maintain an existing home. Coordinated by NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire, CATCH Neighborhood Housing and Lakes Region Community Developers, HOMEteam helps first time home buyers navigate the mortgage process, renters save for home ownership, and home owners preserve and protect their investment in their home.
