Shannon Ketcham has been promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer for The Merrimack. In this role, Ketcham works closely with customers to assist them in the home loan qualification, application or refinance process.
“Shannon has a track record of providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction,” said Jenifer Williams, Vice President, Residential Mortgage Sales for The Merrimack. “She has been with The Merrimack for a decade, first as a teller, then a Branch Services Representative and Teller Supervisor, and she will continue putting her love of helping others by walking our community members through applying for their home loans with the personal care and attention she’s known for.”
Shannon joined The Merrimack in 2011 as a bank teller at 503 South Street in Bow. In 2013, she was promoted to Call Center Representative, Teller Supervisor in 2015 and in 2016, she was promoted to Branch Services Manager for the Bank’s Bow Office.
A devoted community member, Shannon has been leading The Merrimack’s Making Strides team for over 5 years. She also enjoys running 5K (3.1 miles) races and has set a personal goal to complete a 10K (6.2 miles) and a half marathon (13.1 miles) this year. Ketcham enjoys participating in and fund raising for races that benefit local causes she cares deeply about, like the Rock N Race which benefits the Payson Center for Cancer Care.
Ketcham attended Bay State College in Boston for Entertainment Management. She recently became a first time homebuyer and is enjoying her new home in Bow with her daughter and pets.
