Security Enhancement for Quicken, Quickbooks and Mint Users

For added security, beginning on Tuesday, March 9, Quicken, Quickbooks and Mint users will be prompted to receive a secure access code in addition to your online banking Login ID and Password when adding or syncing Merrimack accounts. This process is similar to the steps you would follow to authenticate your login when you access online banking from a different computer or location.

To add or sync your Merrimack accounts:

  1. Enter your Merrimack online banking Login ID and Password.
  2. Choose to receive a secure access code via text or email.
  3. Access the code from your text messages or email and enter it where indicated.

Once complete, you will be able to add or sync your accounts as usual.  If you have any trouble connecting or if you do not receive your secure access code, please do not hesitate to contact us at 800.922.6872.
