Brittany Saucier has been selected to lead The Merrimack County Savings Bank’s (The Merrimack) Main Office on 89 North Main Street in Concord. As Branch and Business Development Manager, Saucier stewards customer engagement and employee management as well as leadership for the banking team based in that office.
Saucier replaces Demi Thibeau who was promoted Compliance and Quality Control Specialist for Consumer Lending.
Saucier was previously the Branch and Business Development Manager at The Merrimack’s branch on 190 North Main Street in Concord. Kristi Maciejewski, who was most recently the Teller Supervisor at that location, was recently promoted to Branch Services Manager and replaces Saucier in leading retail operations at the branch.
“Brittany has been a familiar face to the Concord community for nearly a decade,” said Mary Lynne Rahlson, Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Officer. “Her knowledge and expertise both encourage and empower employees, while her warmth and competency endears her to customers. She excels in this position.”
Saucier joined The Merrimack in 2011 as a teller at the Bank’s Bow location. She was later promoted to Customer Service Representative in 2012 and promoted again to Branch Services Supervisor in 2014, when she began managing The Merrimack’s Hooksett location in the Welcome Center on I93 Northbound. In 2015, Saucier was promoted to Branch Services Manager. She was promoted again in 2018 to Branch and Business Development Manager.
Active in the community, Saucier has been a longtime volunteer for The Merrimack County Savings Bank Rock N Race benefitting the Payson Center for Cancer Care at Concord Hospital. She resides in Salisbury, NH with her family.
