Julie Bushaw has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Sales & Service Development Officer for Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack). In this role, she oversees teller and platform training, leading supportive staff to meet performance objectives at all Merrimack locations. Bushaw is also a key member of a number of initiatives that directly impact the service provided to The Merrimack’s customers as well as its branch‑based employees.
“Julie has an innate understanding of the Bank’s approach to service and is well-regarded among our employees,” said Mary Lynne Rahlson, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Officer. “Her work with the retail team has been outstanding. Her leadership ensures that the Bank continues to offer exceptional service, as we grow. I’m very excited to promote her.”
Bushaw joined The Merrimack in 2011 as Retail Development & Operations Coordinator, and was quickly promoted to Retail Sales and Staff Development Officer in 2015. She was promoted again in 2019 to Retail Sales and Service Development Officer.
Bushaw is currently Secretary of the Board for InTown Concord, and will become the organization’s President of the Board next spring. She currently leads one of The Merrimack’s volunteer teams at the Friendly Kitchen, and has participated annually for the Granite State Independent Living Wheelchair Basketball Tournament. She was part of the 2017 class for Leadership Academy at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp, and was also part of the 2018 class for Leadership Greater Concord.
