A New Way to Pay Your Merrimack Loan Online

We’re pleased to provide you a new way to pay your Merrimack loan online.

While you’ve always had the option to make an Merrimack loan payment from an Merrimack checking or savings account using online banking – you now have the flexibility to make a payment from a checking or savings account at any other financial institution using SmartPay.

To make a payment using SmartPay:

  1. Click the new Make a Loan Payment icon from the toolbar on The Merrimack website. On this page, you’ll find a list of all the options you have for making an Merrimack loan payment.
  2. Click Pay Now with SmartPay.
  3. Click Pay Now and enter your loan information. SmartPay will walk you through the simple one-time payment process.

There is no charge to make a payment and, so long as the payment is received prior to the 3:00 PM ET cut off time, the payment will post to the loan the same business day. Loan payments received after the cutoff time will be credited the next business day.
