The login page for our online banking system was upgraded a few weeks ago. The “old” login page will no longer work, effective Friday, March 31st. If you normally visit the Bank’s website to login to online banking, this will not affect your experience.
Some customers may have saved the login page in their web favorites versus the bank’s home page. If you’ve done this recently, there will be no change as the website has been linking to the new login page for several weeks. However, if you are a longer term customer who saved the “old” login page as a favorite, you will get a “Page Not Found: 404 Error” message. To login, you simply need to visit the Bank’s website (www.themerrimack.com) and login using the buttons on the top right corner of the page.
