Concord, NH – January 15, 2015 – Merrimack County Savings Bank opened its eighth branch at the Welcome Center on I-93 North in Hooksett, NH on Monday, January 12, 2015. The branch is also accessible from 530 West River Road on Route 3A. Stephanie Andruss, Assistant Vice President and Bow Branch Manager will oversee the Hooksett location.
“We’re excited about this new opening in Hooksett,” said Paul Rizzi, Merrimack President and CEO. “This new branch makes us even more accessible to residents and businesses along Route 3A in Hooksett and surrounding towns. Convenience and accessibility is something we are always striving to make more readily available to current and new customers alike.” The new Hooksett branch features a teller pod, instead of a traditional teller line. When customers come into the branch, they are greeted by a bank employee and taken to the teller pod, where business is conducted either standing or sitting at the pod, removing barriers between customers and tellers. It offers a secure alternative to the traditional teller cash drawer, as the banker will be able move from the teller workstation with no risk to the cash stored within.
The branch at the Hooksett Service Plaza on I-93 North is accessible from inside the Welcome Center or from Route 3A on 530 West River Road. The branch has two private offices, a night depository accessible on the Route 3A side of the building and an ATM machine.
A 24-hour ATM is undergoing its final stages of construction at the I-93 South Welcome Center on the opposite side of highway. This 24-hour ATM on the I-93 South Welcome Center is expected to open within the next several weeks.
